We took this two-story town home renovation down to the subfloor and back to the metal framing. We changed the first-floor layout giving the kitchen water views.

We transformed the entry into an elegant and inviting space with a dark stained hardwood staircase, classic white spindle railing, custom designed wainscoting and a stunning chandelier.

Upstairs we redesigned the master bedroom giving his and her walk-in closets. The custom draperies and bedding added the finishing touches to this room.
